Nexus

This polished aluminum sculpture is the physical expression of the concept of connection. Conceptually inspired by the shape of a neuron, Nexus reflects its surroundings in a 360 degree manner with majestic and glistening sections reaching out and expanding from its center.

The nodes of Nexus project into the space, gathering and transmitting visual information back into the environment. That information is reinterpreted within the sculpture's mirror polished, concave surfaces: reflection and motion are are reversed - up is down, forward is back.
